Earthwork Solutions was founded in 2017 by Pavel Nikolin and his brothers as a heavy civil construction and infrastructure company serving the State of Washington. The founders entered the business with hands-on experience gained directly in the field, from operating heavy equipment and performing site work to managing complex infrastructure projects.
